  3. Full Body Lotion Massage
    Apply a nourishing lotion and perform a combination of techniques (long strokes, kneading, and circular movements) to relax muscles, improve circulation, and release tension across the back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, and feet.
  4. Targeted Focus Areas
    Spend extra attention on areas with tension or stiffness, such as shoulders, lower back, or calves, according to the client’s needs.
  5. Relaxation & Finishing Touches
    Complete the massage with gentle strokes, focusing on hands, feet, and head to leave the client fully relaxed. Optionally, provide a calming shoulder or neck massage before the session ends.
  6. Post-Massage Care & Advice
    Offer water and advise on aftercare to maintain relaxation and hydration. Encourage light stretching and self-care at home.

Oil Body Massage

  1. Welcome & Consultation
    Greet the client, discuss areas of tension, stress points, and any specific needs. Confirm any allergies or sensitivities to oils.
  2. Preparation & Light Stretching
    Invite the client to lie comfortably on the massage table. Perform gentle stretches or joint mobilization to prepare the body for deep relaxation.
  3. Full Body Oil Massage
    Apply high-quality massage oil and perform a combination of techniques such as long strokes, kneading, and circular movements. Focus on relieving tension, promoting circulation, and relaxing muscles across the back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, and feet.
  4. Targeted Focus Areas
    Spend extra attention on areas with persistent tension or stiffness according to the client’s preference, such as shoulders, lower back, or calves.
  5. Deep Relaxation & Finishing Touches
    Conclude the massage with gentle strokes and light pressure on hands, feet, and scalp to induce full-body relaxation. Optionally, finish with a calming neck and shoulder massage.
  6. Post-Massage Care & Advice
